About This Conference

Are you ready?

Organizations and their people face increasingly complex and challenging situations. It is hard to keep pace and adapt to the ever-changing environment where we work and live. Leadership and foresight matter, and getting caught unprepared leads to short-sighted responses that can often create even greater challenges down the road. Leaders must be prepared to respond to anything...or possibly risk losing everything.

Harkcon Academy presents, “Leading in Times of Crisis,” a one-day conference focused on preparing your organization for, and guiding it through, emergencies, disasters and critical incidents.  The conference will be held at the 6 Bears & a Goat Brewing Company Brew House in Fredericksburg, VA.

Seating is limited to the first 80 people to register for this intimate, thought-provoking conference featuring some our nation’s premier crisis leadership experts.

Spend a day outside the beltway at a unique venue in historic Fredericksburg listening to compelling information and first-hand accounts from highly-experienced leaders and subject matter experts regarding effective crisis leadership philosophies, principles, tactics and techniques.
