This one-day conference, held at the 6 Bears & a Goat Brewing Company Brew House in Fredericksburg, VA, focused on helping leaders prepare their organization for, and guiding it through, emergencies, disasters and critical incidents. Keynote Speakers included Admiral Thad Allen, USCG (Ret.), Former Commandant of the U. S. Coast Guard, Ms. Kyra Phillips, award-winning journalist, and Vice Admiral Dean Lee, USCG (Ret).
