"Training on Tap" - Break out of the same old routine!

Are you tired of using the same old conference room for mandatory company training? Would you like to offer your employees a unique training experience outside the office?

What could be better than sampling craft beers while attending training in a brand new brew house?

Harkcon Academy, in partnership with 6 Bears & A Goat Brewing Company, is pleased to offer its “Training on Tap” program – offering an array of proven leadership and management training courses in a fun, exciting venue!

Imagine bringing your staff to the 6 Bears & a Goat Brew House and kicking off your training session with a quick tour of the brewery. After the training session, you and your staff can participate in a beer sampling session led by one of the brewery’s craft beer experts (for team members who don’t drink beer, we will have assorted soft drinks and water on hand). With a craft beer in hand, who wouldn’t be in a good mood after training? And the training? Our expert instructors will keep your staff engaged and entertained throughout the session!!

Have your own training and just looking for a different location to liven things up? Or maybe you’re looking for someplace to hold a private meeting, conference or offsite. Doesn’t matter - we’ll provide you with the venue (including Internet access, projector and screen, telephone line, conference call capabilities, and white boards), the tour and the beer, and let you do the rest!

We can accommodate groups up to 40 people and multi-day events from 2 to 8 hours in duration.
